By uploading or submitting content, you grant Chordpedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make the content available through the Platform solely for the operation, promotion, and improvement of Chordpedia.

Chordpedia does not claim ownership of your User-Generated Content. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the license granted above.

Chordpedia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
