These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Chordpedia website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). Chordpedia ("we", "us", "our") is operated by an individual based in Nepal.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • Except for User-Generated Content, all content on the Service is owned by Chordpedia or its licensors.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Chordpedia allows users to submit content such as song lyrics, chords, tabs, comments, and related materials ("User-Generated Content").

By submitting User-Generated Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to share it.

By submitting content, you grant Chordpedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make your content available for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, subject to the license granted above.

Chordpedia reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Chordpedia respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that content available on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification and location of the infringing material
  • Your name and contact information
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
